Produced and shipped to the customer - ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog - the final two
automated filter FÊ-2700D from the party of 4 filters.
For the past month have been in operation two previously shipped
automated self-washed filter FC-2700D . The filters are mounted in the filter domain shop ¹8 PJSC "ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog" instead degraded in less than 5 years of foreign automated filters.
Main characteristics of the filters FK-2700D:
water flow 2500 m3/hr;
pressure 1.0 MPa;
the mesh size of the filter element 0.5 mm;
installed capacity of 0.75 kW.
Filters Series FK Okeanmashenergo were selected by the Customer of more than a dozen proposals from other vendors as more fully meet the requirements of the parameters and, in particular, demand full compliance backsight dimensions to existing communications filter.
Monthly industrial exploitation of the two filters proved the right choice of equipment. Filters perfectly capture contaminants from the cooling water output in an automated way into the drain pipe. However, pressure drop through a clean filter does not exceed 0.0035 MPa.
The next step is the completion of the manufacture and delivery of the third and fourth filters to fully equip the filter DP-8 modern and efficient Ukrainian filters instead not meet the expectations of foreign manufacture filters.

Manufactured and shipped to the customer - ArcelorMittal Krivoy Rog - the first automated filter FK-2700D from the party of 4 filters. The filters are designed to replace failed to meet expectations and degraded in less than 5 years of foreign automated filters in the filter domain shop ¹8.
Filters Series FK Okeanmashenergo were chosen by the Customer of more than a dozen proposals from other vendors as more fully meet the requirements of the parameters and, in particular, demand full compliance backsight dimensions to existing communication filter.
Filters FK - is the fourth generation of filters designed to KB Okeanmashenergo. Filter FC has a revolutionary design pairs "filter element - a cleaner," providing at small dimensions of the filter housing increased by several times (as compared to the other series of filters) filtering area. As a consequence - increased dirt-holding capacity of the filter and a long period of work without flushing. This makes an even lower water loss samopromyvku filter and ensures efficiency of its application.

In September 2014 Scientific and Production Limited Liability Company "Okeanmashenergo" (Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine) celebrates the 10th anniversary since the establishment!
Since that time, from a small, obscure, holding on to the enthusiasm of its founders have become faceless LLC strong, dynamic research and production company, has taken a leading position in the Ukrainian market creation and implementation of equipment for the filtration of process water. Their scientific, engineering and manufacturing work, we have earned a reputation as a reliable partner, creating filters and Ukrainian SSHO level, and often, and higher foreign models.
We have created a scientifically based methodology for calculating and sizing of filters for the specific conditions of future operation, developed and mastered in the production of seven new types of automated filters and three types of filters with manual control and ball cleaning system for all types of power units and cogeneration plants (50-800 MW) have developed the know-how of our manufacturing equipment. Manufacture of products produced at its production site with the involvement (if necessary) the counterparties to cooperation.
Our filters are successfully operated on the enterprises of Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan, established fruitful contacts with enterprises of Belarus and Uzbekistan.
These achievements would not be possible without the proactive and creative team. We always take care of the social package for all employees regularly (despite the difficult economic conditions and crises) are paid salaries and the rest payment. March 4, 2014, Viktor Kuhar, Director of "Oceanmashenergo, Ltd" visited the International Exhibition RUSSIAN POWER - 2014, held in Moscow (Russian Federation), Expocentre. Officially, the program of the exhibition were to be presented electrical, electronic, automation & hi tech expo, technology, electronics.
Among the exhibitors were represented mainly by Russian and foreign several "monsters" in the main turbine, general contracting organizations involved in the design, assembly and construction of traditional (heat) energy, a number of companies on renewable energy. Almost was not represented electric power sector (transformers, generators, switching, transmission and conversion). Was not foreign firms (such as General Electric, Semmens, etc.).
On March 3rd 2014 "Oceanmashenergo, Ltd" was officially declared the preferred bidder for the lot "Implementation of the modernization of turbine condensers PT 60-130/13 Art. ¹ ¹ 1,2 using ball cleaning systems (BCS)" by Belotserkovskaya CHP Tender Committee.

Director Viktor Kuhar and vice. director of "Oceanmashenergo, Ltd" Dmitriy Kudryavtsev as part of tender held a presentation for management and technical specialists Belotserkovskaya CHP equipment ball cleaning system (BCS) tubular capacitors units ## 1 and 2.
During the discussion of the presentation numerous questions about the design elements BCS "Oceanmashenergo, Ltd", about how it differs from the BCS Russian and German manufacturers, of technical solutions for the most crucial nodes filter pretreatment and device for catching balls were asked. The station specialists were completely satisfied by the answers.
Within the next few days decision of the equipment BCS and its implementation on the blocks ## 1 and 2 during 2014 purchase by Belotserkovskaya CHP upon review of the tender offer materials "Oceanmashenergo, Ltd" and based on the results of the tender committee presentation equipment..
