 Self-washed automated filters of FSB series
Filters work on a principle of clearing of a filtering element as a return stream of water. Are issued for pressure 0,5...6,3 bar, optimal work at pressure from 0,5 to 2 bar.
Technical features
Filter direct-flow, is entered on the basic sizes in pressure head water waters; Cylindrical case of the filter is divided into chambers for gathering of firm inclusions; Automatic (on a signal of a differential manometre or a timer) periodic washing of filtering element by a rotating cleaner; Continuation of a filtration of water at self-washing; Non-failure operation at presence in water of large inclusions; Low pressure difference on the filter (to 0,03 bar); Reliably works at low pressure in system to 0,5 bar; Copes the programmed block of automatics and management.

Design’s description
Filter FSB has 8-12 chambers in the form of sectors in the cylindrical body in which under a sharp corner to a stream are established mesh the filter about elements. Coaxially to the body the cleaner with a nozzle in the form of radial box-shaped sector is established. At washing of the filter the cleaner rotates, and the nozzle is consistently combined on an end face with each chamber. Thus a nozzle, and through it and chambers, incorporate to the drain pipeline, the return stream of water through chambers and filtering elements in them is created. This return stream of water consistently clears chambers and filtering elements and takes out dust on plums.
