for coarse and fine filtration

The working principle is based on capturing and collecting the debris on a screen filter element which is periodically backflushed. The working pressure interval is 0.051.0 MPa, optimal operating pressure is 0.21.0 MPa.

Technical features

  • Filtering block consists of two pairs of flat-shaped net disks placed on a framework of sectored slots for large debris capture;
  • Additional reversal back-flush mode in case of capturing long-shaped debris by the filter element;
  • Non-malfunction operation on large debris capturing;
  • Automatic periodic back-flush of the filter element;
  • Insignificant flow rate for back-flush;
  • Coarse screen is installed inside of the filter;
  • Special moment protecting device of a drive;
  • Once-through implementation, easy installation to the pipeline;
  • Control is performed by means of programmed electric control box on modern electronic hardware;
  • It is delivered with electrodrive (380 V, 220 V) and/or pneumodrive;
  • Filter provides coarse (FSPK sub-series) and fine (FSPT sub-series) filtration, Filters are delivered with nets which provide filtration degree from 50 to 5000 micrometers.

Designs description

Filter FSP (request for invention is on approval, Sep 2012) consists of cylindrical body and flat lid, inlet, outlet and discharge pipes, hatch, electrodrive or pneumodrive of dirt collector, electric control box.

The filtering block is installed collinearly to filter body by means of plain bearing inside of the filter. Filtering block consists of central pipe with two journals on each end of it. Frameworks are planted on a pipe and separated by a spacing collar. Filtering block has sector slots which are created by radial ribs. Flat disk-shaped filter elements are put and clasped to a framework from both sides.

Original dirt collector is performed as two metallic flexible stripes which ends are mounted in filter body. Stripes partially overlay both frameworks of filter element by circular trajectory. Where the stripes overlay framework the opening is made.

The coarse screen is installed in the bottom of the filter.

Upon filtration mode water flows through an inlet pipe and coarse screen to slots of a filter block. Then water flows through nets, where is fine-filtered by them and then through central pipe and outlet nozzle.

On back-flush mode electric control box periodically by timer or differential pressure opens the drain valve and turns the filtrating block. Every sector slot consequently and briefly connects with a drain by means of opening in the stripe. As a result, back-flush is performed, which cleans the slot and net from debris.

On self-clean mode water filtration and consumer supply do not stop.

Flat net filter element usage, sector slots for debris accumulation between back-flush, turning filter element on back-flush mode, directing the process stream through a central pipe, original dirt collector, once-through implementation, ensuring both coarse and fine filtration profitably differ FSP filter from other types of filters.
