Self-washed automated filters of FSA series
Filters work on a principle of clearing of a filtering element as a return stream of water. Are issued for pressure 0,5...6,3 bar, optimal work at pressure from 0,5 to 2 bar.
Technical features

Design’s description
The filter has the cylindrical case with a cover, with entrance, target and drain the branch pipes welded perpendicularly to an axis of the case. In the case under a sharp corner to an entrance branch pipe the flat mesh filtrational element is installed. On entrance and drain branch pipes pressure head and drain valves with the valves blocking half of section of pressure head and drain branch pipes are installed. The internal cavity of the filter before a grid from a stream, including pressure head and drain valves, is divided by a diaphragm on two chambers.
In a mode of a filtration valves of the drain valve are closed, and valves of the pressure head valve are installed on a stream. At washing of filtering elements the valve in a pressure head branch pipe is installed across a stream, closing one of chambers, and the valve in a drain branch pipe, turning, connects this chamber to the drain pipeline. The return stream of water through filtering element on plums which clears it of pollution is created.
In the filter specially developed consolidation of an exit of a shaft of the drive, practically not demanding leaving (replacement of elements, pulling up, etc.) is used.
The support of sliding working in dirty water are developed and applied.
Modern contactless gauges of position are used.
Automatic control and the operating time account is carried out by means of the programmed block of automatics and the management constructed on modern electronic base, data are reflected in the minidisplay.
