Three filtering units BF-100 and one filter housing FRU-450-3 were sent to the customer.
For the final consumer - the Balkhash Copper Smelting Plant Kazakhmys LLP (Balkhash, the Republic of Kazakhstan) - three BF-100 filtering units and one filter box for FRU-450-3 were manufactured and shipped. Of these components, the manual control filter of FRU-450-3 will be mounted on site.

The specialists of Oceanmashenergo LLC and PSCC, PJSC (Metinvest holding, Kryvyi Rih) consulted on the need and technical possibility of overhaul repairs of filters FSTs-500 and FSV-300, delivered from 2007 to 2012 years to various divisions of PAO "CGOK". The filters fully justified the functions assigned to them, however, the difficult conditions of their operation led them to regular wear and tear. After working for 5 ... 10 years, filter housings require restoration of their tightness in the specialized conditions of the manufacturer. Replacement and require filtering mesh, and polymer bearings. Repairs require actuator and drain valves.
As a result of the consultations, technical, financial and temporary issues were agreed on the overhaul of 7 filters in the first half of 2018. Signed a contract for the overhaul of these filters.

A contract was concluded and the manufacture of basic elements began - the body and three filtering units BF-100 for a Kazakh customer. Of these components, the Kazakhmys LLP (Balkhash, the Republic of Kazakhstan) will be installed at the operating site of the end user - the Balkhash Copper Smelting Plant of Kazakhmys FRU-450-3.

Three stainless steel shells of charging coal filters and one damping tank, manufactured under a contract with LLC Aquaplast (Dnipro), were completed and the customer was shipped to the customer.

A contact is made for the manufacture and supply for LLC Aquaplast (Dnipro) stainless body for charcoal filters for drinking water and damping tanks.
According to the results of the research work carried out in 2016, design documentation was developed and production of a new product for us started - stainless tanks charcoal filters, accumulative and damping tanks. Technological methods of work with new types of stainless steels for us are mastered.
